If you're the kind of person who wants to be part of cultivating the most energized, highest-impact culture in the food industry, where you have the opportunity to work on iconic and emerging food brands, then Conagra Brands is the place for you.Job SummaryUnder limited supervision, performs kitchen and laboratory activities in conjunction with Sensory testing.  Ensures that useful, accurate consumer data is gathered to achieve test goals.  Demonstrate competency on all consumer test methods, serving procedures and rotations, lab use of the computerized data collection software, product preparation and serving equipment. Position Responsibilities
    Leads setup and management of individual consumer tests, entering information into the Access Database, and ensuring that Innovation Research is meeting customer service standards.Maintains records, routine maintenance to equipment, and in preparation of products.Prepares for testing with appropriate tools for consumer testing.Sets up and serves trays for testing in accordance with the test plan and rotation.Cooks/prepares product and tracks rotations through cooking and serving.Ensures proper product handling and sanitation procedures are followed throughout testing process.Helps code and temper/prepare product and materials for upcoming testing.Prepares paperwork and assemble/issue coolers for Take Home Testing.Enters data from paper ballots when necessary.Cleans dishes and appliances after cooking, sanitize as necessary and clean and stock booth area.Independently recruits when online recruitment software cannot fill a study, or when additional information needs to be collected from respondents..Journals phone messages and responds promptly.Copies and assembles recruitment surveys.
 Position Qualifications
    High School diploma or G.E.D. required.  Bachelors degree preferred.2 years food preparation/serving or laboratory experienced preferred.Must have a valid State Driver's licenseServeSafe Certification a plusDisplays attention to detail.Ability to multi-task (cooking, serving, moderating, receptionist, panelist calls).Reliable self-starter.PC and MicroSoft Office Experience preferred. Ability to work overtime as needed.Willingness to taste a wide variety of food products for evaluation purposes.
 Physical Requirements
    Environment is typically a high volume, rapid demand food preparation situation. Standing for up to 6 hours a day.Activities involved in food preparation, including inserting and pulling foods from ovens, fryers and microwaves and food clean up.Cutting, carving and dishing foods for evaluation.Use of tools, equipment, and machinery.Lifting up to 40 lbs.Storing and retrieving test products from walk-in refrigerator and /or freezer.
